She changes clothes after sex. You can actually see her in the new outfit in the post-sex talk. However, there is a bug that stops her normal game model from updating, so the current fix is to respec her using a Maker's Sigh from the Black Emporium. A slightly less noticeable bug is that if you buy her armor upgrade (Supportive Corset, extra rune slot) in act 2 before sex, that extra rune slot will vanish afterwards.
If you have a problem, take it up with the individual that put the info on the website, I simply found it.

So Isabelaites, I've been thinking. We should come together and create an "Official" playlist or soundtrack or score (which ever you prefer) for our Rivaini Raven. Since I made the suggestion, I will start the list. Please feel free to add comments or make suggestions of your own. I welcome the feedback. My only request is that if you do make a suggestion, please add a link to said song so that it can be easily found. We could even go so far as to vote songs on or off the list. I want this to be a comprehensive list of songs from all genres. We should all vote on all songs so that there will be.....ahem...."consensus." Okay without any more delay, I will begin the list..
I have many more that I would like to add, I just don't want to monopolize the post. If you guys and gals have songs that you would like to add or if there are songs above that you don't particularly like....chime in. As I said earlier, I welcome the feedback. Yeah, but there is a bug: If Isabela is romanced, her outfit may not properly update to the newer version. Using the Maker's Sigh potion from the Black Emprium to respec her skills will update her outfit.
^From wikia. This bug is common when you romance with her as FemaleHawke.

Hahah i got the songs you suggested on my playlist like woah. I even have Sir Mixalot, and I have no shame. I am going to play as *love* doing things like this.

GREAT song suggestions peeps, keem 'em coming. I propose that we leave the "suggestion" portion open for one week then, we will start to vote and eliminate. The 15 songs getting the most votes or approvals will become the official Isabela soundtrack....unless, anyone else has other ideas. As I mentioned earlier, let's come together and do this right the first time. Who knows, maybe fans of other charcaters will copy off of us and attempt to do the same thing.
classical: Rimsky-Korsakov's Scheherazade Movement 4, "Festival At Baghdad. The Sea. The Ship Breaks against a Cliff Surmounted by a Bronze Horseman." More the sea and the ship, less the festival at the start.
Opera: The Infernal Galop (aka "The Can-Can") from Offenbach's "Orpheus in the Underworld." Video is marginally worksafe and ends with a shot of "il mio can," the submitter's dog and his... bits. (Sorry, best combination of audio quality and visuals I could find otherwise.)
And here's some more can-can dancers performing to a bunch of classical stuff (admittedly amped up a bit). Just... because.
WOW! These are all excellent suggestions. Keeping the list down to only 15 wll be difficult but, we can do it. Here, I just thought of three more myself.
I can not believe no one has suggested this yet. It's the obvious choice.
Haha, Lazy Town! That show frightens my husband. I love listening to the cake song and watching him side-eye me! *snicker* Hmm...I think of these two songs when I think of the lovely Isabela!
