Prior to the game coming out, I thought the Joker would be apropos for Isabela. Haven't thought of one post-game.

Haha Tik Tok was one of the 1st songs I put in my list.

And pretty much any song by Peaches. None of which are particually safe for work. Boys Want to be Her is pretty tame.

You know, those kind of songs aren't normally my thing, but that's so perfectly Isabela. The funny mental images are seriously tempting me to draw a gag comic based off TiK ToK. Hm... Maybe after I finish this other comic I'm currently working on...

agreed, it made me happy. I love it when my interests collide.

Just dipping in here to ask for help regarding a bit of the game that didn't seem to make sense.

So I took Isabella along for the quest where you meet 'The Exotic Wonder' blood mage/apostitute in the Blooming Rose. The EW mesmerised my male mage Hawke as expected, but once he broke free Isabella acted as though she too had been under a spell, snapping out of it and angrily saying "that b*tch!"

Did I miss something plot-related??

It's implied that Idunna mesmerizes both Hawke and at least one other member of the party. If Isabela isn't there, it will likely be Varric. If you kill Idunna, you'll get +5 friendship from Isabela.

On a completely unrelated note, I've been working on an Isabela FAQ, since I see a lot of Isabela-related questions (how do I change her outfit, how do I get her to come back at the end of Act 2, etc.). I'm almost done with it. Should I post the FAQ in this thread, or should I start a new one for it?

She was under the Exotic Wonder's spell.

Finished the Isabela rivalmance with no Rest for the Wicked. Felt bad about not giving her a ship. She was remarkable tolerant about my taking away what she'd wanted for 7 years.
