BTW, done the Isabela romance on my every playthrough, finished it, only now heard about the slight outfit changes if you romance her... Went back to check the saves, no changes to her armor/appearance.

Anyone know how to trigger the changes please?

I don't think getting her a ship or denying her one gives you as many points as flirting.

Maria there you go pointing out the mainly charming thing about Isabela. She's for the fun and now. Not the good deeds and things that are more long term. They totally would ruin her image and give others the wrong idea about her. Plus she prefer to keep her distance from most.

Just a reminder....the nomination part of Izzy's playlist ends on Saturday. After that, the "Blades of Wrath" or "Fangs of Rivain" will then appear to commence the elimination process. So, nominate away 

By the way, those would be excellent names for Izzy's weapons.

I think sailing off with Hawke is a bad idea. I doubt that ship survived long. They probably got stranded a day or 2 later.

On a different note, does anyone know the title of the song that plays during Isabela’s ‘romance’ scene?
I don’t think it’s the same one as the ‘Love scene’ song on the soundtrack, as awesome as that one is.

yeah, i just beat dragon age 2, and i really wish they did an extra cut scene at the end of the credits showing where your romance with Isabela leads.

They would need a few variations or players would cry that it didn't end the way they wanted. Even then I'm sure some would still complain. It's probably for the best that for the rp/fan fic type players to imagine where they ended up. Instead of Bioware telling them. Plus they would probably end up having to ret con it for dragon age 3. Which is why we didn't even get an Epilogue.

Isabela's friendship/rivalry gains are really, really random.

It seems that way at first-she totally just left on my first playtrhough never to return.

But the second time through I figured it out lol. She likes sarcasm, money, and killing people that might be a threat.  (I also think she takes the stuff with ninnette's husband personally, which is why agreeing to help him ticks her off. -Why there couldn't be a third "I'll look into this, but not for you. Ninnette could be in danger and no one seems to realize it" response still irks me. )

Does anyone else wish that there was a scene where Hawke gives his/her LI the red armband (the one Isabela and Fenris wear with their alternate outfits)? I think that would have been really interesting/cute.

I’d imagine Isablea wouldn’t want it at first, she’d probably see it as a sign of possession or something, but she keeps it anyway, maybe wears it when she thinks nobody's paying attention…

Finally finished the game for the first time & romanced Isabella with full friendship...didn't realise you could be someone's rival and ALSO romance them so I might play through again & go for a rivalmance!

I love Isabella, best dialogue in the whole game.

And she reminds me of me lol

I shall have a very difficult time going through additional playthroughs with anything but friendship/romance Isabela. But, I'm gonna try! Really, really, hard!

Within the next few days, I will post all songs suggested and, we will begin the process of picking the songs that we can all agree on as being most suited for our Rivaini Raider. Is it necessary to have her in the group to build up enough rivalry/friendship points to ensure she won't leave with the Tome of Koslun? Or is it just enough to do her quests and thats it.

It is possible to get enough friendship to keep her around if you choose the correct conversation options during the act 1 quest "Isabela's Contact", but this also requires that you give her the ship gift,  flirt with her at the beginning of act 2 and sleep with her. This may endanger a Fenris romance. 

It is not possible to obtain sufficient rivalry without taking her with you for a significant number of quests. For more in-depth friendship/rivalry gains, take a look at the Isabela FAQ in my sig.

So if i sleep with Isabella i can't romance Fenris due to the game's intention or is this a bug? I decided to sleep with Isabela early on Act 2 but say it was just for the fun, then i started to flirt more with Fenris and did his quests and flirted all the way, but no invitation to bed.
