I never got that into clams. I could go for oysters though. A little hot sauce, some lemon juice, and a lot of slurping.

Glad I happened upon this thread - I do enjoy Limericks.
I once met a girl with no pants
and docked with her at every chance.
I dropped so much anchor,
it got me a chancre
and gave her a bow-legged stance.
and a haiku:
Slept with Pirate Queen
Then I caught her friendship bug.
Now I cannot move.
First time I've stepped into this thread.
These are awesome!

Hawke once made the mistake of revealing
she had no sense of sexual feeling
Till 'Bela grabbed her bun
for some girly fun
and Hawke had to be scraped from the ceiling.
And one more:
Merrill's a cute, naive girl
whose innocence largely unfurled
when a pirate told stories
of the shanking of Jories
while at a place known as the Pearl
Cheers.

though she tried and she tried
from frustration she cried
I will never be the master of my domain

When I'm showing my stern to my pirate,
she never can help but admire it.
And once it’s arisen,
I slip her my mizzen –
again and again, ‘til I tire it .
-----------------------------------------------------
Each time Isabela’s undressed –
Sweet Maker! I know that I'm blessed.
Many tales I’ve heard told
about silver and gold –
but true treasure is that pirate’s chest.

Isabela's plan from the start
was to get lady Hawke's thighs apart
but the Pirate Queen's
plan had not foreseen
that she'd end up opening her heart.

In the world of Isabela I have the feeling "quickie" refers to something very differerent
You do however have mad limerick skillz

A certain lyrical poet
liked to read and to write and to show it
When asked if she knew
if the intentions were true
said she "would I drop innuendo and not know it?"

A nod to Aveline...
Chaste, the Guard Captain was dour
Her expression perpetually sour
But then she was wed
And in Donnic's bed
Happily hammered at the hour

Once in bed, she's so eager to please.
She works hard expanding
my Champion standing,
until it brings her to her knees.

ok i TRIED to rivalmance isabella on my 2nd play through...and I just can't do it lol! i mustnt have been...nasty enough in Act 1 cause i cant seem to get her to hate me. I REALLY wanted to try a rivalmance too.
I rivalmanced her only once and it required doing things my Hawke would never agree with, like turning Kelder over to his father even though it's clear he wouldn't answer for his crimes.
I don't think I'll pursue Izzy's rivalmance again, especially since her friendship romance is much more satisfying imo.

Plus, it's always dangerous to be so at odds with a woman who carries so many daggers.

whose fist could send mage to the grave
Or elf girl the loved one,
or the abomination
but instead t'was the pirate she craved.
As a friend, Varric Tethras is best
Watching over you, or sharing a jest
but most focus on
how he's a paragon
of manliness, written all over his chest
Here's one that isn't mine, but I enjoyed anyway:
On the breasts of a barmaid name Gail
were tattooed prices of beer, stout and ale,
and on her behind,
for the sake of the blind,
was precisely the same, but in Braille

Hmm, now there's a thought. How many daggers does Isabela have?
Besides the obvious 2 on her back, she also has a third such dagger that she used to knife one of Hayder's goons and possibly a murder knife, as evidenced during her love scene with Hawke (unless that was actually Hawke's knife).

so I told Isabela to go.
In a show of irreverence,
she headed to Zevran’s –
and now she is there eating Crow...

There once was a pirate queen
who ran away and made a scene,
but she came back
for she was no hack,
and made a Hawke’s eyes gleam.

Hawke was warned not to be nasty
to the elven girl that was her bestie.
For Isabela was so smitten
to protect her kitten
that she threatened to cut off his testes .

I would imagine that Isabela, like Hawke and the Warden, always has a spare dagger handy for jabbing into a gaping maw, committing a mercy kill, or slicing cheese.
