Hawke was warned not to be nasty
to the elven girl that was her bestie.
For Isabela was so smitten
to protect her kitten
that she threatened to cut off his testes .

EPIC!

Off with the testes!

I know I've said this before, but this is now my favorite thing ever.  :wizard:

Late one night, as they tangled and trysted,
Isabela to Fenris insisted:
"Your Elven appendage
doth suffer from bendage –
t'would be best if you magically fisted."

Alright...random question regarding our lusty pirate. And if this has been posted somewhere in the previous 189 pages, forgive me. I will admit to laziness and the desire to preserve my waning eyesight.

Just what do you think Isabela's new ship is named? Or will be named? I haven't found a reference to an existing name for Castillon's ship anywhere, but I would imagine that once she has acquired it, Isabela would put her own spin/label on it.

So, something to ponder. I have a few naughty ideas myself, but I'm curious what you folks think.

They don't name it in game. The closest she ever comes is saying "My ship". Her previous ship was the Siren's Call. I've got plenty of ideas too.

But you're not sharing? Is this like the carrots?

Keep in mind it's supposedly bad luck to rename a ship.

Edit: Although I wonder if she would care, or if Thedas believes in similar wise tales for that matter.

Anticipation of something can often be more intriguing than the thing itself. It's the same for horror and romance stories... reality can often pale in comparison to the torrid recesses of the imagination.

Maybe there is some appropriate ceremony in Thedas for the purging of the previous name. But, considering the
potential badness, perhaps we can provide names for a new ship. Or the ship in the bottle.

Ok.
1. Reality is relative. Especially here.
2. "Torrid" is an alluring adjective. Well played.
3. You really do have a cruel streak. Posted Image

If they do end up renaming the ship, it should be renamed The Relic, for the giggles-

Nice! I was mulling on something poking fun at the Arishok. Maybe The Broken Horn.

Or something completely filthy, like The Guilty Arse. (which, as an aside, was the name my friends gave to a tavern in a D&D campaign we were playing)

Considering her unfortunate visit to Ander, perhaps she could rename the ship The Unscratchable Itch.

Were I to name the ship, I'd probably name it "The Gentle Queen's Touch". I like the idea of a multi-purpose name. Sexy, dangerous, and even vaguely Antivan.

It's named the Leliana II.

Because it's something Isabela could have had but never did. B)

Would Isabela then replace the mustard-colored interior with leather paneling?

Perhaps a blue suede... or maybe a dark red...

I would have imagined that it was a nice wood finish everywhere, but in the cabin I'd imagine a lot of throw pillows and cushions.

Pillow fights are always fun. :?

I saw a really cute little boat in the harbour one day named "unsinkable 2"          :D       made me smile

I like the "Feisty Temptress"

I also imagine wood with lots of sensual fabrics and rich colors in the decor

I never understood how one can not give her Castillion's ship. I always got the impression that Isabela is miserable landlocked. I can't keep an opportunity that would make her so happy like that from her. Although I never understood why very rich Hawke can't offer to get her a ship legally.

Edit: Fixed grammer (word gap)

It's the whole 'setting slavers free' thing. People are worth more than ships.

I always got the impression that Isabela is miserable landlocked.

I never got that impression. She loves ships and sailing, but she never struck me as miserable on land.

I can't keep an opportunity that would make her so happy like from her. Although I never understood why very rich Hawke can't offer to get her a ship legally.

That is a bit odd.

What happens to his ship if you kill him anyway? Does it just wastes away? Does it go to his living constituents that will use the fastest ship of the ocean for more slavery anyway?

The docking authority would impound it if it stayed in the harbor for too long. Castillion isn't a citizen of Kirkwall so he probably doesn't have a will on record. It would likely become the property of the city, which means they'd add it to the Kirkwall fleet (if any) or auction it off.

That's assuming Hawke and Co killed the crew in the warehouse fight. If there are still people aboard, they might check on Castillion after awhile, find out he's dead, and sail off. Castillion isn't necessarily the captain of the ship.

Very true but you would think that the Champion would be able to get the ship if she wanted it either through purchasing it or pulling the "remember that time I saved all your asses" card, which is absolutely something my Hawkes would do. It is one of the oddest decisions in the game to me.

Also although I think Isabela would survive anywhere she happens to be I got the impression that being at sea is where she feels most alive ... but that is just me filling in the blanks with my own interpretation.
