My gut reaction on this is that Isabela would be the type to swoop into a celebration with a bag stuffed full of assorted trinkets and curios from her travels. Something like the Barrel Man - which she might give to Fenris or maybe Bethany. Otherwise, I think she might give out many a bawdy book, or accessory.

- a hat
- a pair of enchanted daggers
- jewelry
- Merrill would probably give her a parrot, an eyepatch or a peg leg just in case
- Varric might give her some expensive liquor
- a spyglass and navigational equipment
- Aveline would give her some "friend fiction", but you already covered that in your stories
Hmm, out of ideas for now.
