The same reason I'd eat a chicken leg without using my hand. To keep my hands from getting messy.

That's like eating BBQ and trying to keep your hands from getting messy. Yes, I appreciate there are situations where you'd want that to happen, but I don't think those situations should exist.

I had a dream about Isabela last night and because I'm bored, I'll share it with you.

I went to Aimo's birthday party. Her apartment building was located on the 10th story of a hospital near the neo-natal unit so I had to slip in. The place was packed and I recall that satay and egg mcmuffins were available, though apparently those were appetizers and she was cooking some massive meal in the kitchen.

I spotted Isabela and we kissed (I assume we were dating) and then started chatting. She'd started taking classes at a local college and was annoyed all the other students looked twelve. I asked her if she'd picked a major while assuring her that I was *totally not pressuring her* on the matter. Isabela mentioned that she'd done well in her PoliSci classes. Maybe that might be something she'd be interested in.

Then she abruptly changed the subject and told me that Merrill had a PhD in Art History and "Who does that? That must be the most useless degree ever."

At that point, someone came up to me and gave me a quest so the conversation ended.

Damn it, Maria, abandon quest! Abandon quest! Now we'll never know what Isabela thinks of Art History PhDs.

you know youve been playing games too much when you start dreaming that you are in the game...done that once or twice myself...although nothing with any hot female game ladies....usually im in an FPS.

That was her comment. I believe before we were interrupted, I was about to mention that I was surprised because she looked so young. I'd have never imagined Merrill had a PhD.

Oh, and she wore a grey sharkskin pantsuit.

Isabela tends to haunt my dreams when I stay up too late writing. That said, perhaps haunt is the wrong word, since the dreams tend to be pretty pleasant, and tinged with regret only upon waking up.

i never remember 'those' dreams...hopefully when BW release a toolset we can see our dreams become virtual reality....i can just imagine an upgraded pearl style mod in DA2, those character models are yummy

I have Isabela-infused daydreams. Which is really unfortunate because they tend to happen at work. No pantsuits though. I'm a bit jealous.

I have occasional daydreams at work. They often provide fuel for my stories. The chicken leg story, for example, was one such daydream.

just wondering, what happens in act 2 if you choose Aveline over Izzy at your estate when she tells you about the relic?

Also, handing Izzy over the the Arishok removes her for act 3? I assume it does but i wanted to check

Isabela leaves in both cases, basically.

If you hand her over, she's understandably not too pleased about it and is dragged away, swearing revenge and so forth. Later she apparently escapes, re-steals the tome and jumps overboard.
