I am entirely concerned with character development, from the outfit, to her even being involved in this world. What is the time line for this new world? How long does it take place after the first Dragon age? Ten years? Do the Characters not age?
Where is isabela's real battle outfit? You have to be joking if your seriously putting a tiny woman out there against Qunarian's in that few cuts of thread, and leather. Mass effect 2 at least utilizes technology to allow reasoning for Jack to be able to stalk around in a holster top and baggy pants but still be protected ( Shields/ biotics).
I also don't get the limited available weapon type casting. Specially for Rogues that are a adaptable archetype of character classes. Real world action dictates that if I pick up a weapon and start using it I will get better at it.
There are all kinds of rogue weapons, I think it is kind of simple to always default it to dagger/ bow combo. Not to mention Rogue abilities that use the situational environment. Would a classified Rogue not work towards developing there battle style of choice? I am hoping to see: Tall leaps off/ on to walls or rebounding to escape enemies, gymnastic feats of back flipping over and behind the enemy, or hand springs away from a on-coming Qunari great sword. Smokes bombs/ bombs seem to also be something "new" for the rogue type class. Why is that? What is stopping any character from grabbing a smoke bomb and poofing away. Rant! If the new battle, and character system is going for a overhaul these are the questions to grasp. specially when presented with a carried over character that suddenly becomes "major" for the story line.
remember morrigan's outfit, im sure we will be able to switch her outfit. i think we should compare all rogues to ezio auditore
so is isabela more portugese looking or middle eastern, can't put my figure on it.
