I wouldn't characterize her as soft, but I would say she was quite girly.

Is it too soon to assume they've improved the kissing scenes? I just love how the "camera" slowly pans to them already kisssing.

I don't think it'd be very hard to animate Hawke going down on one knee to kiss a dwarf. The new elves shouldn't have a problem - they seem to be as tall as humans now based on the concept art.
