thats what i liked about Morrigans romance.  After i had sex with Leliana all i got were the jealousy dialogues from Lel.  Ruined romance for me

I just don't see how in the hell the sexual history of a fictional character matters.

As long as she doesn't give my Hawke the Caladrian Red Scourge, or whatever the hell STD's are in Dragon Age, who the hell cares.
