Unless he rips it off her face, there's no way he's gonna be choking on that. Trust me, I've had many piercings under and through my lip, those suckers don't just fall out by touching it. People can even suck on/bite your lip piercings, but hers is too low for kissyface time, unless Hawke likes kissing chin.

I tend to like the defaults more then the custom because a lot of the time they end up feeling less fake. Unless it's Fem Shepard. Her default looks like she got hit by every branch on the ugly tree.
