People can even suck on/bite your lip piercings, but hers is too low for kissyface time, unless Hawke likes kissing chin.

I got the back of the stud on my labret piercing embedded in the inside of my lip once when I got smacked in the face with a basketball ;_; Pliers were involved, as were many tears of pain on my part. Had to switch to a ring for a while. Now I miss my piercings... must. resist. urge. to get  needles stabbed through my lip and have jewelry shoved through the holes

Ouchie. I'm very boring. All I have is earlobe piercings and I didn't even get them til I was 27. >_>



I don't like how facial piercings leave little craters when you remove them. Plus I get hyperpigmentation when I scar and it sucks.

You know what I wish I could put on Isabela? A nose stud with the golden chain that attaches to an earring like traditional Indian jewelry. That'd be cool. Really impractical for fighting, but cool!

Dohoho. I've just got lobe piercings. There's a great piercing studio nearby, the people that work at those types of places are super interesting. Not the kind of interesting I could convince my sister to get her cartilage pierced around, though. Claire's it was. Shame.

Well, facial piercings close up really quickly, so the "craters" were never an issue since I kept jewelry in at all times. I get that as well, but the only scars left on my face are if you look really closely and they look like a tiny little dot. Not even discolored. Though I do have a little raised bump on my bottom lip from where I had my vertical labret in. The ones under my lip are practically invisible.

I went to a proper piercing studio for mine even though they were just lobe piercings. It cost way more than Claire's but eh, they did a much better job so I'm happy.

@yuki I'd just be afraid I'd get craters because I really don't know how my skin would react. I had a friend with one of those piercings on the bridge of his nose and he took it out and now has little dimples on each side of the fistula.

SOOO EXPENSIVE... on the other hand, at least at the place I went, they sterilize everything in front of you, and they're not doing the job for spending money during the school year. That's worth the cost imo.

Yeah that and they marked where they were going to put the piercing before they did it, and had me examine the mark and told me I could take all day moving it around until I was satisfied before they'd actually pierce. That was nice!
