Don't feel bad.. one of the biggest teases in Awakening is the existance of Nathaniel without any romanceable dialogue to go with him. Same goes for Anders and Sigrun *sigh*

Anders and Oghren banter makes me happy

I don't mind that at all. I was left kinda cold by the companions in Awakening, probably because of the lack of interaction. Well, except Sigrun. Sigrun was cute /biased.



Not to say I dislike them because I don't, I just don't want to romance them as they exist in Awakening.

Ehh, he may or may not be your cup of tea. Awakening is pretty light on dialogue and banter compared to Origins, and of course there aren't any romances. Still, some good characters in there anyhow. I have a weird attraction to Nate. Maybe it's the voice? He isn't even all that good looking.

For me, it's definitely Nate's voice. I always got excited when he started talking. And Anders.. while I wouldn't maybe want to romance him, I would have liked to hear more of his banter. He always had something surprising to say like his explanation about why mages wear robes. I don't know, maybe I just expected him to be a bit more innocent since everyone kept trying to compare him to Alistair. Sigrun.. was so adorable, I really wanted to comfort her and let her know how awesome she was. I wanted more time with the Awakening companions, dang it.

It's that stoic, man-of-mystery sort of thing, I bet. There's so many more layers to him that we didn't get to explore. Hopefully in DA 2 we'll get that opportunity.

Hmmm I don't think she'd be too picky about her drink. But I think if she were a food she'd be one of those fancy dark chocolates laced with chile or curry powder. A little sweet, a little bitter (gives it an edge), a little spicy...surprising yet somehow works out pretty well.
