Maybe she represents the attitude and flavor of the Free Marches? Sort of like how Ash was Systems Alliance military with doubts about humanity's role in the galaxy, and Miranda represented the connection to Cerberus, and Morrigan... sort of symbolizes the magic and mystery of Origins.

interesting way of looking at it.  idk if i even care to see the other female LI now. lol

you think the other female li will be entangled in the plot somehow?  personally with isabela being advertised as the LI with male hawke, maybe we wont have a LI that isnt part of the plot.

Probably this plus her having (I'm guessing) the most visually interesting/exotic/appealing character design.

I wasn't too much interested with Isabela in DAO, but if they are looking to bring her back and lengthen her story, I am more than willing to learn this time around.

the only reason she was in DAO was to teach the duelist specialization.  im just wonder who her ex husband is.  i bet there will be drama, even though she called him a greasy bastard.  like she really liked him but he mistreated her.  i mean, he was one ship where the crew was all men/ if not majority, not a good place to have a wife.

i got that feeling too, but i think she was cheating on her husband with Zevran.  thats why she prolly sounded unimpressed.
