Sure she would, read my thread I posted a link to in an edit. I don't want to sidetrack the Isabela thread further with Anora talk, but that GameFAQs one went on for
12 pages. So I pretty much put my arguments there.

I can respect anyone who uses the tools at their disposal to advance their agenda as "strong." Anora's not some warrior, she's a politician. Backstabbing is part of her arsenal. She's more of a realpolitik person than the conniving Howe, though.
