So, I bought ME2 about the time it came out on Steam and got the Cerberus Code with my purchase. All was fine and I was able to download DLC easily, never did though. I had to uninstall my game for a while as my computer was having issues with certain games and it was just taking up space, and when that was fixed I reinstalled the game, had all my saves and everything but the Cerberus Network isn't coming up. It just gives me the options to buy a new one or input a code, the problem is my code won't work again...it just says that the code is already in use. To top it off I no longer have the Cerberus Network in my content file on this site...all I have is my Blood Dragon armor.

I'm just rather curious as to where my Cerberus registration has gone...

I'm having a similar issue. I still have my code but it won't allow me to reenter my cerberus details to connect. *I entered the wrong email address the first time.

So basically - I entered the wrong email address so it tried to get my to buy a cerberus account.  I don't want a cerberus account because I already have one that came with the game.  I just want to be able to go back to the login screen so I can reenter my email address.

Can someone point me in the right direction because I can't find any way to do it.

EDIT:: I've worked out that if I run the game with it blocked by the firewall then try to connect, let it fail, and try again (after unblocking it in firewall) - it asks me for my email again - thought this might help someone.

I just started to continue this game after couple of months and I can't get connection established to Cerberus network. What is the problem? My system and connection details have not been changed except my ADSL connection is faster now. My game is purchased through Steam. Game has been installed all the time and updated when Steam has been active (online). All DLCs and special armors and weapons as well as save games are intact. No login details are asked when trying to connect.

Nevermind... found solution mentioned here in another thread . "netsh int tcp set global ecncapability=disabled" this command in command prompt helped and let me login again into Cerberus network. I have Windows 7x64 Pro.

ONCE I ENTER THE CERBERUS CODE, IT GOES AWAY AND LEAVE A BLANK SCREEN WITH ONE OF THE CHARECTER STILL INTACT; NO GAMES STARTS. ONCE I GO TO X IT, A MESSAGE APPEAR TO WAIT UNTIL THE ACTIVATION IS COMPLETE. HOW LONG IS THAT DUE TO THE FACT IT TOKE A LEAST TEN HOURS TO DOWNLOAD?

1) Please register the game on the forums. This is not an accusation, but given the spate of users with illegally downloaded copies coming to the forums asking for help, forum registration is the only way we can be sure we are dealing with a legit copy.
