Is there going to be another option? I hope so. Iv got my ps hooked up to the net but i paid to have all the dlc on disc.
RTO is not included on my UE disk

Wicked news thanks for sorting this out. Ironically EA phone support is closed on the weekends...
But in all seriousness thanks again

I hope there is another option, but i looks like there probably wont be unless they send out US copies since the game is region free. So to those of us with offline PS3 consoles we wont get any help. Can you use Media Go to download paytches or dlc?

This is probably stupid question but on the "You registered game promotions site" it says my PSN name(s) "None", how can I change this. Been searching for a while now... :/

Thanks for the link firemark but no matter what I tried I couldn't change it :/ So I decided to just make up a new account that (as far as I know) linked to some other EA sites... And now the PSN name shows right... I know, I'm not the most convenient guy in town...

EA support just got back to me but im having problems getting anything sorted out as they keep asking me for my DLC code even though i keep explaining to them there isnt one as the dlc should have been on the disk with all the other dlc. It doesnt look like this is going to be easy to sort out as im just going round in circles with them.
Just wondering have bioware told ea support about the problem with the game yet?

Maybe you just got unlucky with the support person you contacted? You shouldn't need a code at all, they should know you have ultimate edition and be able to automagically make it free on PSN for you.

I got same reply from EA Support UK reguardless of the fact I told them that I hadn't got internet access for my ps3.

ok a 45 minute phone call and i didnt get the dlc. The guy a spoke to said that they didnt have RTO on their system to put onto my account. WTF. How are we meant to get our dlc with this kind on stupidity...
I quote 'we dont have the codes to every piece of dragon age dlc thats been released, all I can do is send you the warranty information.' Right. Nice one pal.
I curse the day that EA brought bioware. This never happened in the days of BG series.

Damn, sounds like it isn't all that easy to solve the problem with the EA Support... Dang... One would think that it's as easy as giving the product number or what ever it is to the EA Support guy to prove that you do have a faulty version and then give your PSN ID so they could make Ostagar free... Blood and damnation...
Have to try my luck when I find the time. Someone who has already tried to fix this problem, could you tell what information the EA Support guy asked you ? I would like to have all the needed information front of my eyes when I make the call so that it would go as painlessly as possible
Thanks guys,

I guy i spoke to wasnt even aware there was a problem. Was an american call centre. He couldnt understand the dlc wasnt on the disc. I dont think the right people have been informed. Like I cant AFFORD another 45 minute phone call where 35 minutes of it was i left on hold.

I tried on release. They said cause its a manufacturing error and ive opened it they wont give me money back. I really cant be bothered with it anymore. Was really looking forward to having it all but they seem unable to write discs correctly. Ive emailed customer support explainming the problem and asking for them to add the dlc to my account. Lets hope they do. I fail to see how they couldnt as they must have alot of complaints about it.
Failing that im just gonna have to give in and buy the dam dlc off the psn. Shouldnt really but considering i had a 45 minute call that got me nowhere that will cost me god knows how much when the bill comes throught the door, 3.99 aint that much.
Discusted with all this though and lord knows i love a good rant on forums.

Well u've got further with them than i have i'm STILL trying to explain to them that i dont have a dlc code because i dont ******* need one as they shuldnt have made such a school boy error in the first place! I've tried sorting it out with ea support by phone and email but theyre not being any use at all. i'm close to just paying the £3.99 aswell.
Someone needs to inform EA about their **** up!

I dont really know alot about this side of things but is'ent this false advertisment? Im gonna try and take it back in a few days when i get the chance and il post how i get on. The last thing i wanna do when i finish work is spend time and money on a 45 min phone call to america so not gonna bother with that one.
Maybe trading your UE for a pre-owened Origins and then buying RTO? Not sure what it trades in at but it might save money?? Not that we should have to do this.

If nothing comes up by the end of this week then I'll consider emailing Amazon.co.uk about a refund although because I opened the game I doubt I'll get anything back and emailing Amazon is a chore in itself...well for me anyway
