[The Elder King]

First, I want to greet everyone, this is my first post in a Bioware forum.
I want to ask the dev about the bug present in DAA regarding the quest "What is Built Endurers": in my first game in DAA i don't remember if I did the quest, because I deleted it and didn't beat the game; now I'm starting a new game, and after i gave him the 80 bucks to Voldrik Glavonak he didn't tell me about the deposite.
I want to know if the quest starts immediately after I give him the 80 sovereigns or some time after, and if the Ultimate Edition eventually fix the bugs.
