There are a few more people on the social that have experienced the same problem as me where the RTO is actually a duplicate file of the shale dlc. It is exactly the same filesize 291mb and when RTO is installed it comes up with shale as being installed on the game main menu.
I was planning to take mine back the the store tomorrow to get an exchange but if others are affected then surely any replacements will just be the same? I doubt we could get our money back anyway as this is clearly a manufacturing error. 30 quid for 'dragon age-the nearly ultimate edition'. Fantastic.
Bioware/EA you should at least offer codes for RTO to UK UE gamers that are having this problem. This is not acceptable. There does not seem to be a problem with the USA version only the UK.
Please can someone official make note of this and pass it on the lelivant parties.
If you are a UK gamer or an European gamer for that matter that has this same issue as us, please post here! Bioware/EA need to made aware of this.

I'll add that the platinum trophy is not affected by this - only core game achievements count towards earning that.
