I have to say I'm really liking the PA and BioWare collaboration. Can't wait to see how Hindsight bites Hawke in the ass!

So I did the thing, and on my entitlements page it has the Xbox and PC/Mac versions of Hindsight...

Can we get this on the PS3?

Ironically, that worked, but still no sign of a Staff of Parlathan.

Same, tried registering twice for the staff, zero joy... same as you with the belt, that worked

Can someone from Bioware please comment on the not showing up for ps3 issue. Is it a problem or is there no need for concern? if it is a problem is it being worked on?

Got hindight, no problem. Saw the video, no problem. Lacking hindsight on the ps3, the system I pre-ordered the game for.... a lil'bit of a problem.

Exactly. Why no Bioware comments on the issue? Like, "we gonna fix that" or "screw you".
It's not like I'm going to buy the game for anything other than PS3 - my DAO saves are on PS3.

This is what I'm wondering too. I think it's just an error, but let's hope somebody clarifies/fixes this...

Hopefully we'll get an update today for us PS3 users. It would be nice to know either way if it's just a glitch or are we actually not supposed to get the belt. Well, let me correct that. It wouldn't actually be nice if we are not supposed to get the belt, but at least we could stop wondering. There, that's better. I'm hoping it's just a glitch!

I wonder how powerful these items are actually going to be. If we're permitted to use them from the very beginning of the game it could negatively affect the game play. However, from the description of said items it seems like they should be fairly powerful.

It's sort of like getting to start out with an enchanted captains sword though when normally you'd be starting you quest with a wooden sword carved from an old fence and a pot kettle shield. I'm not sure how that will work out.

Now that is an epic story for a unique item. Dragon Age always lacked one when each item had no more than 2 sentences on item's history, thus making them feel like graphic pixels only.

In comparison to Baldur's gate, those items had unique art, paragraphs of history and unique stats that makes the player feel they have just acquired something awesome, and not redundant as soon as the next "tier level" is introduced.

I've talked to the God, he's disappointed^^
No really - is that so hard to simply tell if that's a mistake or not?

I'll just voice my concerns about the PS3 update too. I don't think the lack of the belt will destroy the gameplay, but as I already have Origins on the PS3 I'd like to feel like I'm buying an equal share as my friends who get it on 360 and PC.

I'd love to use it on my Mac, had I the memory to download something so massive.

I know what you mean, (went exclusively to "Nightmare" quite a while ago for this very reason.)  But no one is FORCED to equip such items.  If it makes the gameplay too easy, bump the difficulty, or switch gear.
We have the Power, we can chose to use it wisely! Image IPB
