Shale Not Working

So, I started up the game and went to the downloadable section and entered my code for Shale, but it didn't work. I tried like over 9,000 times! It's not working, and I'm 100% sure the code is right. Anyone know why it isn't working??

Is your game used or new? If it's used then the code is probably already used up and is hence no longer valid.

Just because your code's not working doesn't mean you can jump down the throat of the one person trying to help you, and accuse EA of scamming before you even call them.
You know if you just call them they can work out the problem for you.
Also don't pay attention to the expiration date on that card. Bioware said they just decided not to expire it, and they decided this AFTER the promotional materials were already printed and the game launched. It's not expired. Just call EA, they should be able to figure out what's wrong and fix it for you.

Maybe I don't know. Worked for me. What's your browser? I'm on Google Chrome and I found I had to use IE to get it to work.

Well now I don't see the live chat button...it's asking me to put in my information about my computer...thing is this problem is on my PS3 and it won't allow me to choose my platform. I'm using firefox.

Ok that means live chat is closed I guess. I had the same problem for a while last night. Waited till today, and it worked. Try using a different browser.

Yeah I don't see the live chat button...I'm guessing because I need to put what platform I'm using...but it won't let me. It's just a gray box and it won't allow me to click it.

I had that problem for a while. Try actually typing out the entire game's title, not just click on the title in the auto finisher window when it comes up, type it out entirely. When I did that, it finally let me choose the platform. No idea why it does that.

Well that didn't go well...the guy spelled everything wrong and didn't help me. I, unfortunately, have to go now. I guess I don't need Shale or Blood Dragon Armor.
