Oh, we can thanks to that shipping issue error. I had that at least 4 or 5 times, and at least that many seperate timeouts. Payment information was stored and ready, nothing else in cart. Tried CC and paypal multiple times.

While I'm sure that there where several and it was an effect, I only know of 4 or 5 who where gunning for this and not all of them got it either.

Yes they have an effect, yes ebay resellers have an effect, but it isn't fair to blame any one group for things.  And from the other comments I've seen here this sale wasn't significantly different from some past ones...

Oh I'm a strange breed myself and would be grumpy if my order had failed too.  I just know that "The Talimancers" didn't ruin this.  There was only 100 for sale!  Of course they sold out like hotcakes and a crap ton of people missed it!  Round two will be better, and the individuals probably as well.  There'll be 300 then.

First of all I still stick to my opinion about not wanting any special treatment.  Secondly it was never even a real option it's not like bioware or treehouse brought up the subject nor would they have had time to impliment such a thing prior to this release.  Being upset that you missed out is understandable but lashing out at others for wanting everyone to have an equal chance is unacceptable an immature.  Those that spoke out against special treatment didn't hurt your odds because they didnn't effect anything anyway.
