Yes you can get all four I think. The maximum 3 per users I understand it refers only to the 3 lithos pack

Pride Demon is pretty awesome, though not as cool as the Arch Demon. It's a really big shame those haven't sold out yet...I love mine.

No point going waa waa waa in my opinion. It's your money and you do with it what you wants cause I, or anyone else, can't stop you, nor do we have any right to.   O and we've had this discussion before anyway, no point doing it all over again, so if you're new to the game, we're already gone over the evils of capitalism, so go check out our angry threads in this forum somewhere. Bring a pitchfork!

Actually, it refers to any lithograph within its first week of sale (or presale).  After the first week, the cap is lifted and you can buy as many as you would like of a particular lithograph.  P&P have been out for more than one week, so if someone was inclined to buy more than 3 of each, there would be no action taken at the store to stop them from doing so.

I wouldn't say evils of capitalism per say, but generally speaking, forumites here are not friendly to lithograph profiteers.
