Man, people asking questions in here that are answered in other threads. Also, a good example of all the ***es in the world with that ebay selling. Sometimes I wish they would all just never have been born.

damaged in shipment store support requires that we destroy them (tear off the number and signature by hand) and provide pictures in order to get replacements

In reference to the ebay listing, they have the right to re-sell once its in their possesion but to put a listing on Ebay before the item has even shipped is just plain idiotic. You don't own those lithos until their in transit in my opinion, the store could still cancel an order.



The fact that they stole the stores pictures to sell the lithos is the kick in the teeth, is that not copyright infringement? They have no right to use those pictures in any manner.

Meh, use of private pictures is the jaywalking of ebay violations, everyone does it and nobody ever does anything about it.

Ooof, that's rough. Don't know if I'd have the stomach for that. But, I guess you gotta' do what you gotta' do. How does that work though? I mean, if there are a finite number of prints, and you get your busted up ones after they're all sold out, then where does that leave you, replacement-wise?

they hold some back for just this situation. If in the event there are more damaged than they hold back they reprint and renumber new lithos with the numbers that were destroyed that is why they require proof of destruction so there will never be 2 with the same number in the event they have to reprint

lol, I was reading through this and while the guy/gal might be a jerk, a presell isn't a violation. His auctions says, "These will be shipping to me in two weeks, and then I will ship to you within 48 hours of receiving them." He/She isn't misrepresenting, just a jerk, lol
