I registered a Collectors edition on an old account named Dasher10. I finally found which EA account my gamertag was linked to and I got into it. I really need to get my old account back as I both registered my promo code for Mass Effect 2 on my old account and I lost the box from my ME2 collectors eition despite having both the art book and the tin game case.
I cna't sign into my old account or the EA account it was linked to. I changed what e-mail my EA account was linked to and it got confirmed twice according to my e-mail account which somehow invalidated my old Bioware account. Please, I need to log into my old account.Can a Dev PM me my old password or send my old account password to the e-mail that my old Bioware account is registered to?

Moreover, clicking, "Forgot my password" sends me to the EA site, not the Bioware one. My Bioware account was Dasher10, the EA account it was linked with was Dasher1010. I need help from an admin/dev.

And lease don't tell me I need to repurchase Mass Effect 2 when I got the game pre-ordered, I cna send you photos of it and I've been active on these forums (as well as the old ones) under another name for months. I do remember my password, it's the same as the one for my new account.

being able to sign in with my USER NAME instead of my e-mail would have solved this issue entirely.

The only people who can resolve this issue for you is EA Support as they are the only ones who can merge or transfer information between your accounts. Also, why "forgot my password" takes you to the EA page is because your BSN account is also an EA account. Really, you should be able to log into EA using the same email and password as you do here.
