Nope, I knew nothing of this. But we all knew it was coming eventually. I only get upcoming product update/info occasionally, that why I have in the OP to check regularly for yourself, thanks for the tip

Cerberus and another Purgatory? Am I reading that right?

I was hoping for those new character lithos. I always get attached to characters in Bioware games, not really places or things. Still, more is good, and I genuinely hope everyone else is more excited by this than I am.

Hmm, forgive me if I'm not hopping around the room in excitement. Still, if I do decide to get them, at least I'll be spared the "5pm stress" (or is it 6pm?) that's been getting increasingly silly with the character lithos.

It's a secret. :P

Or less unhelpfully, in the first post in this thread when Mr Gamer updates it.  Not sure where he gets his information from though; the forum pixies, I expect.

Jedi is kind enough to help Angrygamer and I update our sticky topics as a way of announcing the information to the fans

Normandy and Tali

Miranda Litho's are hanging right with Tali's in extra-bioware purchases. PRices for all fluctuate, I keep an eye on them. I've seen a Thane for for 70, then go unbid for 60. Basically any non-female lithos is less popular, but all can have sporatic "value". Normandy is in a class of its own.

We know Bioware isn't getting greedy because, IF Bioware wanted to clean up through their store, ME3 Shepard will be a intergalatic pimp, with high priced unlimited lithographs :P

Not meant to get too off topic, but Bioware isn't Bioware anymore...it's EA...and EA is one of the greediest corporations out there - don't fool yourself. Prices will likely slowly rise (as we've seen), #'s will likely slowly increase (as we've seen), and as long as people keep buying, there's no reason for this trend to change...just my humble opinion, though.

Back to Litho's, if you include Miranda as a 'prized' Litho, Garrus should probably get some credit too...really, i don't think she (miranda) really belongs, but w/e....

Who is the artist of Tali/Grunt/Thane/Miranda/Legion? Looking through the game credits, I see a couple of possibilities, but there's been no confirmation here.

I wish the ME lithos had the artist's name printed on, like the DA ones do.

Thanks, stardazzled. He was one of the top possibilities. I wonder why no official confirmation?

Jedi's now announced it on a thread of his own, this week and next in the store. I now know how this thread gets it's info before Jedi announces it, I've learned something.

I'm just creating a thread for discussion about those 2 lithos. One big question is what cerberus actually is.

Jeez, i hope my Tali/Grunt/Thane reshipment will arrive soon after the first shipment didn't arrive.

Those long shipment times to Germany make me sick, especially if you don't have any kind of tracking.

Then use tracking aka USPS. I always do - especially for more than two lithos. For insurance, too.

I don't know how it works in Germany, but in the UK tracking seems to depend on what company receives the package.  If it goes through the Royal Mail then we can only track it using the USPS system whilst it is still in the US.  As soon as it leaves the US, there are no updates on the USPS system and it is given a new tracking number in the UK so we have no idea where it is until a slip is put through our door.  I haven't had a problem tracking Bioware items though, as they have always gone through a different company.

Even items with the UPS sticker are trackable in Germany, too - it always had been delivered by DHL. (I also am from Germany, btw) The update speed slows a bit when items are handed over for custom inspection but there still are updates - especially on the final day. That only works for the USPS shipping method, though. So in general and because there isn't much difference in shipping costs for more than two lithos and absolutely no difference for three: choose USPS. Yes, USPS is checked more often by the customs but custom fees are something one should always estimate and calculate with.

Do you mean UPS or USPS?  UPS is generally trackable door-to-door, but what BeanieBat says about USPS is correct, at least in the UK: typically the last leg is done my the Home Delivery Network for goods shipped from the Bioware Store in which case tracking information is available once it clears customs, but I've yet to find a way of tracking it before that point: USPS seems to have no record of the parcel whenever I've looked, anyway.  And if Royal Mail completes a delivery, you're lucky to get so much as a delivery confirmation...

As for delivery options, I've yet to see anything other than the default: maybe it varies by country.

Edit: formatting.  I love the RTE so much. <_<

Here is how it works, (As stated before, I worked in the business)Bioware guys might cry a little when they learn the truth. UPS does not go to every house every day in America, but the USPS does, since they are already heading there, they aren't enduring a cost of going out of their way. So the USPS offers a cheap, corporate rate for low cost bulk corporate shipping, called Parcel select. UPS gets paid X amount for X number of packages. They deliver to the local post office, and turn over actually delivery to the USPS. The rate they pay the USPS to deliver is cheaper for UPS than if they delivered it themselves.

What happens overseas is it is handed over to the post local service

Long story short, Treehousebrand is probably paying more to use UPS as a middle man, who really only organizes the shipment and takes it to the PO themselves

I read an article about a online shoe company who didn't realize this was going on, found out when a customer commented about the "mail man delivered them today", they then got in contact with the Post Office, got their own corporate rate, and the Owner of the company claimed to be saving a lot of money.
