What a very unfortunate situation. Barhador, If what you're telling us is true, and you are not leaving out any important details in your story, then you have been royally screwed. If you placed your order way back when the Tali litho was initially introduced and the Bioware Store overlooked/was unable to resolve your case before selling off the final batch (a batch reserved for such issues), then I don't even know what to say... what a snafu...

And I'd hardly call receiving two replacement lithographs "coming out on top". The perceived value of these things are in constant flux and when dealing / bartering via the internet, nothing is ever certain (e.g., the items can be damaged in transit, you may be dealing with a dishonest buyer/trader, etc.). Many things can go wrong and often do. There are steps you can take to minimize such risks, but nothing is ever certain.

I'm sorry this happened, Barhador. I am also surprised as every issue I've ever had with the Bioware Store has been handled with the utmost professionalism. Hope things work out for you in your pursuit of a Tali litho.

I was just trying to see a positive side--I still agree that the whole situation is unfortunate, to put it mildly, and I'd also be more than a little upset were I in the same position.

Today I got my Tali and Thane lithographs and earlier this week the Normandy SR 2 litho too. They all came in relatively good condition, considering the packaging was surprisingly light. There really shouldn't be any excuses for this. Especially we are talking about limited collector's items. Although every one of them has a dent or two in the middle, I don't think they'll be even visible once framed.

Just received my mini Normandy/TIM, Tali, and Legion lithos. I was worried about the rain but everything came in perfect condition. The packaging was really pretty good. Now I have to get them framed.

Google as I might, I can't really find any solid information on this, so I thought I'd ask here!

I'm fortunate enough to have one of the rather rare signed Saren lithographs (88/100) which has been merrily sitting in its tube since it arrived. Truth be told, I'd forgotten entirely about it, but found it the other day and realised I really hadn't the hanging space to have it framed and put up, else I'd love to keep it.

So, quite disappointing, but I might as well sell it. Does anyone have an idea of the average fetching price?

Your Saren arrived in a tube? That's a bit curious. I know mine and many others arrived in flat cardboard. A large amount of them were also damaged/destroyed in the mail which made the run even more valuable. I don't know if there is a set amount for a Saren at this point.

My illium and archdemon arrived in a tube, I think a lot of the early lithographs were in tubes (at the beginning).

My Illium, archdemon and many others were tubes. Saren was their first try at a lithograph like this. From what I heard in the original thread in the old boards most had theirs arrive flat like mine. The problem was that the US mail was putting slashes in them that ruined quite a few. My cardboard had a significant slash, fortunately it didn't go through to touch the lithograph.

Has anyone ordered a litho overseas? say as far as New Zealand? If so how is the packaging? I am worried if I ordered one it will arrive damaged.
