I've found with Forbidden Planet they ship either a week after release or some point randomly before the supposed release date

Ah ok makes sense, I just cancelled the other 2 so they would be shipped out. Will re order them soon. Would it be best to do that before the 23rd since you say they ship/charge before that.

They can do, some things stay as "CHARGED" for a few days and sometimes they will charge and dispatch pretty quick. Ordered these 2 yesterday and its in the past hour (or so) they changed from processing to charged so not sure how quick they will dispatch.

EDIT- Its now changed on the Website as well, both are now in stock and its just the 2 black border ones that say 23rd July

Wow, wut? A 3rd party store is already shpping lithos while the official BW store don't even have them announced. What is I don't even.
Also, I'm now curious about how many lithos does thbs actualy sell. They claim that the number is 500 and we already know they they leave some for replacements. So now it looks like they are sending some lithos to 3rd party retailers?

Forbidden Planet have been getting lithos for a while now. Since the Earth Alliance they have been releasing them on the same day as the BioWare store... not sure what happened with these ones though...

It's not easy to get a straight answer on the matter, I've asked at least 4 times why Bioware hasnt got them on the store, if there official etc. After all, it's my money and I wan't legitament products.

The forbidden planet has always sold a few mass effect lithographs, I don't think they would do any sort of fraud. The only thing I don';t understand is why theres 4 lithographs not on the Bioware Store but on The Forbidden Planet.

It also doesn't explain why forbiddenplanet is currently claiming to have SIGNED copies of the 18x24" 'The Team'.

I'm not too big on the new leaked 4 that came out. The art on them is pretty good, all things considered, but the general perspective of it seeming like a Mass Effect thing isn't quite there. "Vancouver" is an odd choice for a Mass Effect litho, yeah I know the relevance of Earth in regards to ME3, but I never considered real-world places as significant ME landmarks enough to own them.

That being said, "ATTACK EUROPE" is just a really odd title. I'm not really big on the idea of verbs being in the titling of lithographs. A simple addition of "of" or "on" would have made it much better overall.

I'll likely get Thessia due to it being a very key place in the lore of ME, being signed, and the art itself looks pretty nice. Still is not the anticipated Liara, but this is a servicable replacement for the time being.

It almost feels like the new black borders are being named in another language and then translated into English. "Attack on Europe", "Europe Invaded"... much better use of verbs. "Attack Europe" gives the wrong sense of perspective, as it sounds like an order coming from the other side.

Agree with you on Vancouver and Thessia respectively. I will definitely get Thessia.

And I am not sure I understand Prothean Battle. Is that a bunch of Cerberus fighting Jarvis? Or Alliance trying to fight a collector? Either way the title does not really work.

Not sure. Call them up and ask them. There call lines are really quick takes 1-2mins to get connected if your that curious.

I've notced that as well, they also claim that the large Crucible one is also signed, althorugh the first post in this thread states that it's an Unsigned LE. I'm wondering if 'The Team' one is actually the original large one and they have the size wrong on the website?

The Crucible is signed by Brian Sum. Not sure about 'The Team' lithograph, could be they've made a mistake either with the size or with it being signed...

Yeah I just had a look at mine, 'The Team' has been discontinued and Thessia and Vancouver are out of stock.

Unfortunately I've had a similar experience with forbiddenplanet.com when I tried to get the Claudia model from Warehouse 13, it was listed as pre-order only for them to inform me (after me contacting customer support to find out where my order was) that they only had a couple in and they where gone.

It seems whoever is in charge of updating the website doesn't get around to it until people start to ask about when their orders will be met.

But I will point out that I have had plenty of orders from them before without problems, it just seems to be when ordering the 'rare' stuff.
