...or will it use the current Dragon Age toolset?
Will DA2 be using a separate toolset...

The same thing I guess, I hope they fix the bugs and give us the new updates of the DA2 engine to work with.

Since they have said they haven't made major changes to the game, and are using essentially the same toolset as for DAO, I would think it will mainly be an update that points the toolset to all availabel model resources.

AFAIK Bioware hasn't committed to anything.
There might, or might not, be a toolset update and/or access to more content.

I hope it's an update. Then, maybe, we can get some of the outstanding issues fixed. Like, for example, the memory usage.

It sounds like some aspects of the toolset have been updated or enhanced like the morph editor.
If I had to guess I wouldn't expect anything new released until after DA2 comes out. Since this is a shorter development time frame I would guess all resources will be used to get the 2nd game out and then something in the form of an update would come at a later date.

They already said no there won't be a toolse for DA2. While they'd like to update the current one as they have for DA2, they just can't. :\\ I'll find the article later.

I know they said there wouldn't be one at release of DA2, but how recently was this article that said there wouldn't be one at all?
