I click on the PC option when trying to buy The Shadow Broker DLC and I get the following message:

"Internal Error.
The server encountered an error and could not complete your request.
If the problem persists, please report your problem and mention this error message and the query that caused it."

Well, if it was there, it's gone now. If it persists, have you tried logging out and back in?

I had the same issue as you, what internet browser are you running? I had issues using chrome, but worked ok running in IE.



Also, if you get it to the payment selection screen it seems the only option that actually works is paypal.

I'm downloaded the Overload DLC pack from Bioware on my Windows7 32bit system, everytime I try to install the DLC I get a Windows compatibitly message stating that they files may not have been installed properly, I duely allow it to re-install them, trusting to Windows ominous omniscience. Yet there is no sign of the DLC when I start up Mass Effect 2. I'm connected to Cerebus Network (in so far as I get the annoying 'Cerebus News' box which does uhhh, nothing?) 

I'm not great technically but have had a good scout around and have installed the patch as a starter measure. I also transfered the files into the Steam Mass Effect DLC folder area in my programme files in the vain hope that it might do something. Could some one please let me know how to get this DLC in game? Forgive my ignorance.
