The tooltip says it has friendly fire, after testing it out ingame, this spell does not hurt friendlies, is this intended or bug?

I think by friendly fire it just means that you can cast it on friendly targets if you want not that it will hit friendly targets when cast on an enemy. Or it is bugged.

if u try out the spell urself u do realize u cant cast this on friendly target...
