DA Ultimate Edition, where's the DLC redeem code?

 I just bought, downloaded and installed Dragon Age Ultimate Edition from EA's online store and everything went just fine. Now I want to activate all the DLC that comes with it and is already installed but I have no idea where the redeem code is!

It's not on the e-mail I got when I bought it and it's not the same serial I used to register DA on this site. I also looked around my EA account page and I found nothing. Can anyone please tell me where to find it?

This should have been on the email - please contact EA store directly and they will be able to resolve this for you.

when in the ea support section you need to input your promo code.... in order to email them

I wrote "Unavailable - hence the problem" in place of the promo code when mailing them. Did it a few hours ago, I guess I'll report whatever answer I get in this thread.

nop, they give solutions like deleting/reinstalling stuff but what they dont understand is that we need a code to redeem the DLC and they didnt gave us one

All my friends with thepiratebay copy of it is laughing at me now -)

Guess i have to consider that 30E just as donation to DA project :)

I was going to post here when the issue is properly fixed, if not only for other people who have the same problem and come across this topic. Lots of problems I solve them by googling and finding forum posts about them.

"funny" thing is that I try games before I purchase them. I played basic origin (no expansion) half
then I thought ow such a nice game ill buy it... deleted my old game

and now as a thank you I cant play the game for almost a week now
(I now you people won't care a lot about this but wanted to write this Posted Image)

on topic I also got replied with WHERE to insert the code. Got answer within 2 hours and the next mail asking again and even more focused that I dont have the code I didnt get a reply in like 24 hours. looks like they ignore the "hard" questions?

ive sent a 3rd message to the EA guys... because the chat isn't active yet for today



i think this is a problem for people who bought it from the EA STORE that live in Europe (swiss branch). It seems that people from USA received 2 mails with two codes but with people who bought it in europe we only got one

If you're still having issues (contacted Store/support but not resolved) can you post again and include what region you purchased from?

Hello, i still have this issue (unauthorized dlc). I contacted support of EA Store and got junk response. Updated my question with more info - still waiting for an answer.



What do you mean by region? I purchased it from eastore.com. They have this address in order email: EA Swiss Sàrl, 8 Place du Molard, 1204 Geneva, Switzerland.

same here,   get only 20 char serial for registration, no 16 char  bonus code

i used the chat support of ea and now all my dlc is working except for witchcraft for origins and awakening. But they reported it. So they are still working on it. But those two are not that important because they only are the rewards you get from the achievements fot the witch hunt. Which is working now
