DA Ultimate Edition, where's the DLC redeem code?

It's not on the e-mail I got when I bought it and it's not the same serial I used to register DA on this site. I also looked around my EA account page and I found nothing. Can anyone please tell me where to find it?

when in the ea support section you need to input your promo code.... in order to email them

I wrote "Unavailable - hence the problem" in place of the promo code when mailing them. Did it a few hours ago, I guess I'll report whatever answer I get in this thread.

I was going to post here when the issue is properly fixed, if not only for other people who have the same problem and come across this topic. Lots of problems I solve them by googling and finding forum posts about them.

"funny" thing is that I try games before I purchase them. I played basic origin (no expansion) half
then I thought ow such a nice game ill buy it... deleted my old game
and now as a thank you I cant play the game for almost a week now
(I now you people won't care a lot about this but wanted to write this
on topic I also got replied with WHERE to insert the code. Got answer within 2 hours and the next mail asking again and even more focused that I dont have the code I didnt get a reply in like 24 hours. looks like they ignore the "hard" questions?

i think this is a problem for people who bought it from the EA STORE that live in Europe (swiss branch). It seems that people from USA received 2 mails with two codes but with people who bought it in europe we only got one

What do you mean by region? I purchased it from eastore.com. They have this address in order email: EA Swiss Sàrl, 8 Place du Molard, 1204 Geneva, Switzerland.

same here, get only 20 char serial for registration, no 16 char bonus code
