DA Ultimate Edition, where's the DLC redeem code?

Bought it today on EAStore (Europe, based in Geneva Switzerland).

Did receive a 20 character code, not another 16 one.



Trying to find out their email adress or some other way to contact Customer Support at the moment. If anybody here has a working email adress feel free to post it below. :)

Hello everyone,

The same problem here. The same shop (EA Store - Europe, Geneva). I received only 20 digit registration code. I sent an email to EA support team (I don't know which, but I received an answer in my mother tongue). They wrote that there is no additional code, because everything else is installing with the game. Also they asked me to send them some screenshot.

I am sending them emails using this form: support.ea.com/app/ask

I'm not using this chat because I'd like to get one redeem code for everything and not one code for each DLC. Someone said there will be something missing in the second case. But chat option is probably the fastest.

I've just managed to fix everything through the live chat. Seems to be the best way to fix it as you have direct response instead of waiting constantly on your new email.



The bloke from the chat btw had set most of them to authorized directly in my account although I had to use a seperate code for leliana's song.

It's quite overdue but I said before I would post here on how I got it solved, so... I ended up getting it all sorted by Fernando Melo after PMing him about my situation. I went through some issues with EA that I never mentioned in this thread that are irrelevant now that Bioware is stepping in.



Best of luck for everyone who bought from the EA store and is still missing their DLC.

Same story here. After a week of useless EA emails I PMed to Fernando it he fixed everything for me. Thanks a lot.

Hello Im from germany and i bought DA- Ultimate Edition today and have the same prob i dont recievet a second maile whitch included the promo code... i hope ea will solve the problem as soon as possible an y i send a mail to the support ;)

well i used the live chat and after 30 minutes i have every single dlc in my account the supporter was very nice and very patiently. he listent to everything an added manualy every single dlc for da ultimate edition quickest and best solution for this time

Same here. Trying to resolve this issue using live chat right now. Oh. And this sucks. Specially since I paid for it.

Been having the same problem for the better part of 2 weeks now. Today I tried the following tips from the DA support page:

When I tired the second one all the content that was listed as unauthorized disappeared and now I can't seem to get it back. Purchased the game from EA store in Europe and as everybody else I just got one 20 character code by mail from EA.

Seems like I have to wait until chat starts up today before I can get everything working.

EDIT: Visited the chat over at EAs support site and now everything except Awakening (which has gone missing from the list of available DLC) is working. Which is fine for the time being. Now I just need to wait for all of the different DLCs to download and I will be a happy camper.

Just great. They gave me a promo code in the chat but after I redeemed it various DLCs were still "unauthorized".

But atleast you have the code, the fact yours is unauthorized now seems to imply your problem now lies elsewhere, probably with the daupdate service or something. I ordered from the EA Store & didn't receive the DLC code either, except I haven't received any help. I think I'm going to have to give EA Live Support a go, it seems the only way I'm going to get the DLC authorized.
