I am looking for a server that has a storyline to it. I am not looking for a server that just has a background history but a living breathing storyline that involves quests aswell. Also I would like the server to have medium or high experience gain and a medium or high magic level. Roleplay or playerbase doesnt have to be neccessary but I do like to roleplay and most likely will in your server, even if it is not required. Oh and I would also like the server to be up at all times. Is there such a server that has all these features? If you know of one or have one please share it with me and I will be there in a flash.
P.S. If the server requires hakpaks that is ok too. My computer can handle a massive hakpak aswell. But not needed if you dont have it.

Our server is not yet up (we are entering beta within a week or two, date tbd), but we have a few overarching storylines within storylines, one of which will have direct player involvement through quests. However, we are low magic and probably would be considered low experience as well. I am not sure if any of those things would be alright for you.

While we have the first we do not have a high exp gain or even a meduim one. So as much as I want to recommond checking us out I would hate to waste your time.
So....
World Serpent Inn has a high Exp Gain and High Magic. Good server for you.
Forgotten Realms Cormyr has a Medium Exp Gain and a Medium Magic....okay fit for you.
Higher Ground has High Magic and Medium Exp. It is action but might work for you as well.
ArgentumRegio could work as well.

Hello there. Mistledale/Myth Drannor is a low to mid level magic and exp gain RP server set in Forgotten Realms and we have a good storyline.
You can play as one of the saviours of the lands or you can play as an evil drow.
The council of Mistledale is hiring adventurer groups as drow has started attacking the Dale with hit-and-run tactics. Why, no one knows, but it is suspected that they have more sinister plans that just hitting hamlets and homesteads at a whim. This is what the "good" players know when they begin.
The year is 1372 and the drow has arrived recently in Cormanthor, the great forest surrounding the Dale. Their goal is to take control of the ancient mythals in the forest that the elves left when the Retreat was called and turn them to their liking and thus enslaving the good races in the Dalelands. This is what the drow players know.
We are fairly new and thus our player base is very small, but we do have a few regulars. If you think this sounds interesting, you are most welcome to check us out.
The only haks we use are CEP 2.3

Higher Ground is definitely high magic and low/medium/high XP depending on how you party with other players and where you go. I would say the module is currently light on questing (there is the grand quest of immortality that touches on various sub-quests as well as the reprecussions that follow as you take on additional tasks afterward, which is mostly covered in the Story section of our Wiki), but we are just about to drop a major quest system update that will add 90 quests to the game spanning levels 1 to 40, with specific storylines unique to the quest giving NPCs. There is also the Accomplishments system already in-game, a more free-form quest system with minimal storyline (make up your own, in essence).
Roleplay is not enforced though some of our players do partake in it to varying degrees (we have a RP server specifically dedicated to this, though since we do not enforce RP it is more for convenience than anything), and the playerbase is averaging somewhere in the 40s daily (48, as of this post) and typically higher on the weekends. The servers are only offline if something catastrophic occurs.

While I highly would reccommond this server to many folks I truly do not think this would work for the OP. This is indeed a server I respect and cut my teeth on back in the day but CoA is not the type of server he is looking for when he states High Magic and Fast Gain.
It does have a well defined systems, great role playing and many quest built in as well as a large playerbase so I hope no one from CoA thinks I am bashing it just stating IMHO.
