Okay, the problem is that the game crashes all the freaking time in the main campaign whenever you try to load or save once you are past the weeping willow tavern.
I read somewhere that this is the result for installing Storm of Zehir, yet Obsidian has done nothing to fix it.
I now ask if anyone knows a way to get past this issue or an unofficial patch of some sort?
And before anyone asks, yes I have *ALL* the latest patches, no I have no Mods installed, yes I have a legit copy and it is not cracked, and yes I have all latest drivers installed and all the latest windows updates (as if those mattered).

(2) Probably better in the Technical Help forum, where...
(3) You should read the "Read This" stickies and comply, such as listing all your system specs and so on, as well as some specifics about when these crashes happen.
(4) SOZ has been up and running for a couple (?) years now with thousands of players not crashing. And it's been patched by Obsidian - at least twice. Your problem is far more specific to your own system, not some general "ignoring the public" by the designers.
[edit] (5) I see on your other thread that you're loaded with Mods. I suggest that one or more of those might be your problem.

I agree with what I_Raps said. There were always a few people who just couldn't run this game and it mostly came down to problems with their systems. I realize it is of little consolation to you to say that I have had no such problems after doing all the things you have already done, so clean out your override and post system specs in the tech forum. The only other thing I can think of is

I am a bit confused... why here are you saying you have no mod installed, why in the other thread you said you have some mods... Which version is correct?

Yes, I removed them after the game got unstable. So no, I have no mods *currently* installed.
And sorry about the attitude, I am just so frustrated since I can see no reason why it is doing this, and I am quite familiar with these things mostly yet I can see no solution to this other than uninstalling SoZ.
I'll post this to the technical forums, this seems to be a wrong place to discuss these things if it is my system that is breaking it.
