In my last playthrough, I've had my Quicksave file vanish about three times so far.  Any ideas as to what might be causing this?

I've never had the problem before and I've been playing steadily for the past 10 months.  Things that are different this time through:

1.  Fresh install onto my D: partition.
2.  A few new mods (most likely culprit, but I have no idea what to check for).
