I'm currently digging through the various xls and 2da files trying to find them.
Can you read all the codex entries via the toolset?

Do you have any palette filters set? Click the little down arrow next to the text filter field and ensure that "only show resources checked out to me" isn't checked.
The codex entries are in Core Resources, so they should be present in both 1.00 and 1.01 versions of the toolset. Not sure why they wouldn't be visible to you if not due to a filter of some sort.

Ah, you may need to restore the backup of the toolset's database to get all those resources into it, in that case. You'll find a copy of the database backup in C:\\Program Files\\Dragon Age\\tools\\dbbak, and some batch files that can help giving the commands to MSSQL to restore it can be found in C:\\Program Files\\Dragon Age\\tools\\DatabaseUtilities\\Backup_Restore. Models and sounds aren't stored in the database, which is why there'd be something in those palette filters but not in the others.
