Bought Dragon Age: Origins - Ultimate Edition BLES 01076

#1: RTO, I've read various threads on this, and indeed plan on contacting customer support to get this DLC activated, marvelous QA work done there, and kudos to the guy who did the dragging and dropping of files.

#2: Festival DLC also shows up as needing to be downloaded, despite initially installing it from the disc and then trying to download it from the PSN store, after that it shows as "purchased" but still not downloaded, so far seen no forum threads on this issue.

#3: The UPC which given is on the back of the box I will happily place here: 5030930096847, I have typed this with and without the starting "5", with spaces, without spaces, with dashes and hell even backwards, it simply will not register the code to my account.

#4: Talking of accounts, though not directly PS3 related, I own both Mass Effect 1 and 2, yet they don't show up as registered, despite logging in with my already existing EA account, surely there is some kind of universal server that hosts all this info, I don't have to register my games every time I branch out into a different sub-section of BioWare's various online interfaces.

Help on these matters would be greatly appreciated.

#1- Yes EA will be able to handle this for you. Hope you have a PS3 that's connected to the internet though.

#2- The feastday DLC's, if you know you have already installed them, should be in the game no problem, just start the game. You'll be able to purchase the Feastday items from the merchant in camp. EDIT: There is a reason these don't appear in the download list that I don't recall off the top of my head, I think it's to do with the game differentiating between the individual Feastday DLC's and the combo pack. But rest assured it's in there. So don't worry about it.

#3- Bioware is already aware of this issue. For some odd reason the publisher never sent them the UPC codes for Ultimate so they weren't able to get them into the system, I believe is what Fernando said. They're working on this.

#4- Bioware will have to get back to you on this.

Look to the big red part. BLES means UK version. So that pretty well answers that question. ;)

Well just had a pleasent phonecall to EA Customer Support, and now have RTO on my account!

For my time I also recieved a 15% off coupon number for an EA game, which is very good - though the call (due to only having a mobile phone) cost me ~£4.20, more than the actual DLC costs to buy and download, so that 15% off coupon atleast makes it worth my time.

Was rather weird ringing a UK number to get an American accent on the line, and given the time out there, suprising to get a response :P
