I'm  satisfied with the single player mode. If there is a online VS or online coop mode. The game will be far more intereting and attract more players to get it.

Apart from being something that definitely is beyond anything the toolset could ever do (Which is used to create DLC, as far as I know) and obviously not part of the original design (So major restructuring necessary before they could even dream of adding an online mode via patch), I see absolutely no way this will ever happen with DA:O (Implementing an online mode isn't just whipping up some network code and slamming it into the main executable, you know).



And then there's the whole issue of "I'd much rather have them work on a good singleplayer experience than a so-so singleplayer game with tacked on online capabilities", which, coincidentially, is my opinion, online games are a dime a dozen, really good and extensive singleplayer games (That are actually FUN in SP) are becoming rarer and rarer, and I really don't care to have RoxxorSYourSoxxorSOfF the dwarven shapeshifter in my game.

NWN did a great job implementing a Multiplayer mode. While I can see why the DAO OC does not have multiplayer it is a shame that they did not at least implement Multiplayer for the sake of player made Modules/Campaigns similar to NWN.

AFAIK there are no plans to ever take the DA series online. Enjoy it for what it is!

I agree completely. A global online version is needed + new locations/new experiences and so on.

Really do wish people would stick to english on an international forum.
