Yup, I'm back again. Just my luck, lol. Anyway, I finally got through to the Bioware Store about two and a half weeks ago. Long story short, I put my order down and submitted it. It's November 1st now, and so, having still not received my purchase, I went to check the status of it. Said it was 'pending approval'. I don't even have a tracking number to go on. So I contacted customer support; though I don't put much faith into it, having had poor experiences with 'support' lines in the past. Tried to find Tree House Brand's main webpage, and it wasn't up. I know my funds are good, and so is the card. Was just wondering if it was typical to wait this long for an order to be processed? I bought from here before with no trouble. A bit of a lag, but that's mail-service for you. But I don't recall it being this long.

I know that a few of the Woman's Hoodies and Tshirts haven't shipped yet despite Presale dates having past - nearly a week ago in some cases.

Nothing was pre-ordered. I ordered four shirts--"Save the Nug", "I <3 Zevran", N7 Logo shirt, and the "I'm Commander Shepard and This..." shirt. I cancelled my last order since they didn't take the money out and half the shirts I wanted were out of stock (possibly why the lag was there), and the status hadn't moved since the thirteenth of October. Then I re-submitted another for the aforementioned pieces two days ago. Probably a dumb-chick move, but, gosh, how I long for those shirts. Right now it's on 'pending approval' status, which is where my last order had been after a good fifteen days. So I'm a wee apprehensive. I'm a bit befuddled by all this honestly, since the first time I got stuff from the shop went so smoothly. I guess that's just my sort of luck.

If you have pending approval status it you should also have been contacted by CS as there may be an issue with the information. Could be we're missing a last name, if you're outside the US there may be a translation issue in our system. My suggest is to open a support case on your order. If you have any issues feel free to PM with the order information and I'll look into it for you.
