We most certainly do.  All of the game stores I've seen do indeed have it upgraded.

If you're doing it off of steam, then it's still not certain YET.

The cheapest place to get it in Aussie currency is from OzGameshop (they're in the UK but ship to Australia) and they have the signature edition.

Pretty fast from my experience. But if you're really itching to play on release day you probably should buy locally.
