I may have posted this futily in the General forum... Any ideas?

Anyone know how to do this? I've found a few threads scattered across the internet, but no one seems to have figured it out yet...

I tried EnableShadows=0 in the .ini file, but the Graphics slider seems to override this. I want High Graphics Detail with no shadows.... It surely can't be that difficult to do?

Any ideas? Does anyone know??

You know the environment shadows are static, not dynamic? There won't be much performance hit.

I think I'm more worried about the dynamic shadows. They always kill all my FPS in games. Maybe I just need to SLI my 9500 GT
