No. Not damaged, but the artist was likely wearing a watch or something while signing so there is are small skuff marks under the signature. I'm not sure how noticeable it is, but my printer mentioned it to me.

depending on where it is matting around the image should be able to cover that up, my Normandy I covered up everything below and including the line.
