Bought the Ultimate edition on steam a few days ago. The first time I installed it, had the unauthorized DLC issue, I tried to uninstall and reinstall it to fix it, and now Awakening nor any of the DLC install with the game. Any way to fix this?

The problem i'm having now isn't DLC being unauthorized. I install the Ultimate Edition on steam, the only thing that actually installs though is the base game, Awakening isn't installed and DLC isn't either. The file size of the game does make it look like everything should be installed though.

Not sure - I would try validating the game cache first. And if Awakening is a separate item in your game library from Origins, try running each once as there may be leftover install steps needed (even though the status says 'installed', much like any other game on steam when it runs first time).
Beyond that, I'd suggest trying steam support/forums as well.

You have to enter your DLC cd key into your My Games section of this site. Download all the dazip files for your dlc and run them using the daupdater app which would be in C:/Program Files/Steam/steamapps/common/dragon age ultimate edition/bin_ship/DAUpdater.exe Select your dazip files and install.
