I just got the retail copy of the DA Ultimate Edition. I followed the instructions in this thread for the DLC, but after it starts up, I click on "log in" and it says "EA servers no longer available." If I try to start a new game, I get another error message telling me to log in or the DLC won't work. Please help.

Update 1: I can play the game regular game with no DLC fine, but I still don't have access to any DLC. I obviously bought the Ultimate Edition based on the idea that I would be getting all the DLCs included. 

Update 2: When I go to start the DAO content updater service (as per the DLC In-Game errors FAQ), I get the following error message: 

    "Windows could not start the Dragon Age: Origins - Content Updater service on Local Computer.
     Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion."

I will try re-installing the content updater, but the steps look a bit complicated, as I haven't used DOS in a long time.
