If you don't like the glitch, don't use it, it's easy not to use it, just play like you would without knowing of the glitch. If you can't do that, well you're just a fool then.

consoles can't use console commands since because its a console

so the consoles have to use exploits which, if they were playing the pc version, then they would just use console commands



Hell, I modded my game (360 WOOT!) and upgraded a lot of weapons and even swapped out the poison with Blight Blood (I thought Quick Death was better)

I have made myself a dragon, I changed Zev to demon and Og to a dog and Dog to a dragon

I upgraded all of my armor and weapons (on a seperate save that wasn't my main) to Starmetal just for teh lulz


I also made Morrigan's main outfit work for anyone and put it on Zev to see what it would look like and it just removes the whole body so he looked like a floating head.

lol this is the first time I've heard of any of these.

Interesting how glitches I wasn't even aware of have been ruining my game experience and I didn't even know it.

so Im guessing you are brain dead since you can't understand that, here I will dumb it down.

PC Cheats = Console Commands/Mods
Console Cheats = Exploits/Mods

Both are cheating

A person on a console would use the commands if they could, but they can't so they have to resort to exploits in the game

A person on the PC would resort to using exploits, but since there are commands they can use they can just use them

Both are cheating, so criticizing one of them while using the other is completely hipocritical

I fail to see how knowing about a glich and chosing not to use it ruins your experence. Get over yourself seriously. Your ruining your expereince by allowing these harmless computer bugs interfer with how u play even if u don't use them.

In between my place of work and my residence are approximately six pubs. Being of legal drinking age and having a paying job, I can just go in there and get a drink any time on the way home. Or, to work, which is more the problem. Sure, I could just not go in there on the way to work, but I would prefer the city council order them to open a few hours later so they're closed when I walk by on my way to work. Those pubs are ruining my job because I can't resist having a drink before showing up to work.

You don't understand-- Sure I could PRETEND that the glitches dont exist and not use them, therefore "solving my crisis"... but the fact is, I know that they exist and there is no way I could block them out... If I want an item, I will feel like an idiot going around franticly doing quests when I KNOW all I have to do is use a simple exploit (which can EASILY be fixed by any programer) and get it within one minute of selling and reselling.... I feel like its hard not to use something when you know it is there--- I am sure most of you could understand. It may be partially about self control, but I want to feel obligated to work for my money with no other option...



***The fact that exploiting the game for fast money IS an option at all really makes me mad--- Because it is so easy, it makes me feel dumb to not use it. I want it fixed so I don't even have the option... Self control, again, I know I could just "NOT USE IT" but it is there and it is haunting me... (I don't care about the lyrium thing- its not a physical glitch)---



The glitches, to me, DEVALUE the money quests --- they are worthless to do when you have unlimited money at your disposal.



Think of it like this-



What if you were trying to solve a jigsaw puzzle and figured out that on the back side of each peice there is a number and all you have to do is put the peices in corresponding order. It ruins the fun of the game-- makes it worthless... Why even do the puzzle when you can "cheat" by looking at the numbers on the back? It makes it pointless

I've already beaten DA on nightmare WITHOUT having to use exploits as you have mentioned. And yet, I still continue to play the game.

It all boils down to: why do you play this game?

I do it because I enjoy the RPG experience. I enjoy pretending to be an Elven warrior-maiden oppressed by Humans and yet endevouring to overcome my prejudices to serve the greater good. To play the game for the enjoyment of it and not worry so much about how much gold I can get or how much damage this weapon does compared to that one. I don't play this game just to look at numbers on the screen - I get enough of that at work. I love watching my Elf carve a swath of blood through the Darkspawn horde or making love to a foreign Human. Conversing with werewolves or challenging Dwarven warriors in the Provings.

Leave the numbers to the bean-counters! I'm a Warrior, damnit, not an accountant!!!!

I think that, in future games, BIoware, or ANY game that is issued, MUST have an intelligence test to play it.  You MUST score 120% just to be able to install the game (and once the package is opne, no return).  One of the most important questions is, There WILL be exploits in this game, are you MATURE enough to NOT USE THEM? a) I am mature enough. I am mature enough c) I have no idea what the question is asking  or d) I am mature enough   And we all know that the answer is c!

To the OP, you do realize that you appear to be nothing more than a spoiled child, right?  I mean, we all drive cars on the streets, when bike paths and side walks have much more open space and some times, more direct access to our destinations. We dont give in to the easy path in those cases, do we?  (again, its an intelligence test). 

Like has been stated above, I had no idea ANY of these existed, nor do I care that they exist.  You are NOT a chump for NOT using them (although, an argument could be made that you ARE a chump for using them, since DAO is apparently so easy that a monkey could master it (which, in my limited experience is NOT the case ).  Please, enough belly aching on this topic.  Your reasoning is so immature that I cannot believe this has gone on for 2 pages already.  That you use "cheats" is one thing.  That you whine about using the cheats boarders on the pathetic.  And if you opened 2 topics that called Bioware racist, that you still have an account is a testament to how "forgiving" bioware is!
