I'm slightly confused on the Kirkwall sales. I noticed there are still 36 available, are those still out of that second 100 that went up last week? Meaning there are still the other 300 yet to be unleashed so there are in effect 336 available? Or are there 36 left total out of the 500?

Thanks for the heads up Jedi.

It's of the original 200. 336 available. Not a big seller. DA never sell like ME, but I also think the lack of a readily available frame in that size, somewhat hurts as well.

Actually I was yesterday at Walmart and I saw a poster frame big enough. It was something like 26x40

yeah, but then you need a custom matte etc., it's just not easy like the regulars.

Yeah I'm considering canceling the Kirkwall order, it was exciting to be able to buy it and say "I've got a mother*#^#^#^ huge lithograph on the way!", but what am I going to do with this thing?!

Could always go to a craft store with a framing department and have them build a frame/matte for it. This way you get to pick the matte color and frame material/color instead of being stuck with a generic department store poster frame.

For the Kirkwall litho, that would probably be the best option. Get a nice quality frame for it, since it's such a big beast, and really show it off.

I still got Afterlife and the Collectors in the packaging, Im redecorating at some point so will frame them then. I was really quick on the draw for Kirkwall (i mean literally running out of work to get home quick!) But I missed out on Blightlands and I love it! Grass is always greener though, if Kirkwall was sold out at present and Blightlands wasnt I would be opposite! haha im fickle at times!

However with Blightlands you actually see Hawke and the team moving over a desolate waste to a towering peak city. Kirkwall is like the gate of Mordor or something vaguely similar. Cool but its been done, Blightlands is pretty unique so thats why im feeling a bit gutted that I couldnt get home in time again.

Blightlands hasn't gone on sale yet, and I think it does tomorrow maybe! :) Merry Christmas.

I don't think you can say it's down to the size and framing issues that much.  There are 330 Kirwalls left, 301 Purgatory, and 273 Pragia, but Purgatory and Pragia have been out for nearly a month now.  I'd say comparitively, Kirwall has done quite well, but you'd have to say that all 3 of them are going to be available for months.

Not sure if this is the right place to ask but: does anyone know of some larger images of these new Lithos? I'm debating about buying them when they go up for sale but unless I know how detailed they are, I don't want to go around buying something and paying to ship to Australia based on the shop images alone (which are tiny!). Also, I am totally new to this buying litho thing so any newbie collector tips you fine folks have to share would be much appreciated.

Purgatory and Pragia aren't exactly exciting are they? Toss up another ME spaceship or character, and they'll be gone, just like those three packs. :P

You're in the right place. Try the Framing those lithos thread here, that'll give you a good idea of what they look like in person. Of course not all lithos are represented, but they uniformly look better in person than in the store. As far a collecting, if you want to start you'll typically have to be quick on some, like the character lithos or space station/ship ones. Those sell out quickly. Some stay on the store for longer, but they will disappear if you're not careful about it. If you really want to collect you should decide whether you're starting from this point and getting the minis of the ones that came before or if you're going to shell out an arm and a leg for the ones on ebay.

I hear you,  I'm just saying Purgatory and Pragia have familiarity, they are well known places we have been to in the game, they have the seemingly unstoppable ME license, and they are science fiction, which in this type of art form generally sell very well.

Meanwhile, what the **** is Kirkwall?  You know?  We know very little about it, it's in a game that isn't out yet, and that hasn't exactly been fawned over by the media at all yet, the lithograph is an odd size and pricey.  However in just a week, it matched what Purgatory and Pragia did in a month for sales.  That isn't bad.

So this was the full release, right? If so, they sold 300 awful quickly. Likewise, it seems that the rest of the Kirkwall Gates are live, as it tells me that there's 276 left.

it's still a split release...so they only put 250 up now, and 250 up later.

Ah, gotcha. It seemed a little odd that they'd sell that fast. :)

Oh, 250... I see. I need to spread out by spending a bit, so I may wait around until the second release.

Still over 400 left of both Hawke and Blightlands.

Glad I could get myself a Blightlands, it looks amazing.

Well, if you recall, it took a long time for Illium to sell out as well. I think these lithos will actually start moving when DA2 is out and people can recognize and feel a connection with these locations. I'm not really surprised at the rate this is all moving.

Can't wait to see some pictures of Blightlands in a frame, I'm still on the fence about it but have just come into possession of more wall space recently and would love to put up since nice artwork. Garret Hawke is ok but I'd rather have a more landscape piece. Does anyone know what fortress that is in Blightlands? It looks really cool how it's all nestled into the cliffside.
