Drayth, was the packaging damaged? was the litho hanging out at all?

So.. I love the new packaging, I just hope this munch was a fluke.
I may snap a picture when I get back home.
--EDIT: Looks like the inner packaging -was- munched pretty bad in the corner. Outer packaging doesn't show any sign of damage.
I may seek a replacement after all on this, as the litho is really nice, and I'm not sure a frame is going to press out the large crimps. The rest of the litho is pristine.

Edit: Oh, and since they left a note today...you might want to wait a day to pick it up, so it can make its way back to the PO office.

I had 67 I think...dunno. I immediately took it to Aaron Bros to get it framed...gonna cost 150 USD for the custom frame, double matted with UV anti-glare glass...and it's only that cheap because of their 50% off sale.
Just out of curiosity, what colors did you use for the matting? I'm going to get mine framed this week but haven't decided on the specifics.

yeah i got my kirkwall, rolled, not in a hard tube or anything, in that brown paper in a box with more brown paper for stuffing. The outcome... bent with HIGHLY noticeable creases and t would take an eternity to flatten out... support ticket incoming.
Same packaging here, but my Kirkwall is pristine
Outstanding packaging for Blightlands and of course that one is pristine too

I went with their Obsidian and an orange underneath. Litho is mostly grey, with some orange fires and gold, so it seemed like a good combo. The frame is a pretty basic black metal. Hopefully it will look good...I was kind of on the border with the orange, because there isn't that much of it.RedSinister wrote...

Some of the other people in the store came and looked at it. This one lady thought it was a picture and asked me where it was taken. I had to explain to her it wasn't a real location, it was from a video game.

It was shipped in box, and simply rolled up with very minimal amount of padding. And it arrived with a huge punctured hole on the top.... I was red-faced at this point. After calming down, I took pictures of the box before I even opened it.
Of course, inside wasn't any better. The lithograph ended up with at least three creases/bent/collapsed sections rendering the image itself to look like a crap. This would make it impossible to fix even with heavy books, etc... it will still be there, glaring down at you.
Not pleased at all to be honest with this method of shipping this time around. I believe it was supposed to be sent in heavy tubing?
