Hi, I'm having a big problem here. I tried downloading The Stone Prisoner and Warden's Keep packages via the online store (I sadly couldn't use the registration code as my brother had used it for his account). Having made my transactions - I've already spent the points, and Bioware already has their money - I thought I could get around to recruiting Shale and carry on with my game. But this sadly isn't happening; whenever I try to play the game, it tells me that both Warden's Keep and The Stone Prisoner are unauthorised on my account, and won't let me play with either!

I've no idea what I could be doing wrong. If anyone could help me out here, please reply! I'm also able to answer questions and fill in plenty of other details.

my guess: so none is registered... no platform... and as the game isn't registered, your content also isn't linked to your registration.
