Oh hey it's January.. when do we find out about this beta testing business?

I signed up for news letters from both EA and bioware, and I signed up to receive info on legends, yet... nothing.... I get 0 e-mails from neither registrations...



is that normal, or do bioware news letter rarely go out?

Man, there's alot of hate towards facebook here. How else do you let your friends know what you've eaten for dinner, or that you should be working on something instead of being on facebook, or even that you can't get to sleep? It's by no means the equivalent to the Black Plague as some people here seem to think.



Same goes to the game itself, I'll atleast give it a try as it might actually be fun and it doesn't hurt to add more promotional DLC items to the steadily growing list I'll get in DA2.By March I'll probably have a full inventory of enchanted weapons and armor, or noteworthy belts.

It's more the privacy issues that Facebook has (or had, if they fixed them) that people get upset about. At least, that's what I don't like about FB. I went and made an account just so I could play DA Legends, but I'm not about to go and post all of my personal information and the last time I went to the bathroom on my page. OR play Farmville.

Though to be honest, I'm not sure how I could go about my day if I didn't let my friends/the 3000 random people I add so I look like I have more friends, about my bowel movements. I also do all the other annoying things on facebook. Though I would never, NEVER, play Farmville

If I had to guess it won't be anything more significant than what Journeys had to offer - some decent starting accessories, but nothing world-shattering.

I think the people that get picked for the Beta will have their key emailed to the address that they registered with Bioware. I've been checking my email, though, and still no key. I checked the junk folder, too.

The key could come out today. On the app page they say they are putting the war cry out today. But they never said when it would come out the beta test. For all we know it will come out today or a week before they open it to the public.

edit: whats sad is that this Facebook game will probably earn more money than DA2 and ME3 combined. haha

To the person who asked what we might get, I think it would be neat if we could get some new unique outfits for our companions, just in case we don't like what they're wearing. Other than that, your typical armor and weaponry sets would be cool.

Eh, I don't mind the platform being on Facebook, it's a fun game and I'm proud to let my friends know that I'm interested in playing it.

It isnt rocket science to make a facebook game.i just hope i dont have to add a million strangers to get gifts or any worth while equipment like farmville you cant complete a quest without daily help from friends i dont like that.
